OUTDOOR LIVING · MOSMAN
A softer place to land. Explore cushions for poolside daybeds, outdoor lounges and garden benches, with colours, proportions and finishing details considered for your space.

Made around the way you live outside
Start with the furniture you have, the setting you love and the comfort you want. Tempo Interiors’ Mosman team can discuss your cushion project alongside its bespoke furniture and upholstery services.
Poolside daybeds
Plan seat and back cushions for a daybed or sun lounge. Consider the frame, cushion thickness and whether the seating is sheltered or exposed before settling on a fabric and construction.
Outdoor lounges
Bring seat cushions, back cushions and scatter cushions together. Explore a quiet tonal scheme or introduce pattern through stripes, checks and botanical designs.
Garden & concrete benches
Soften a timber bench or built-in concrete seat with cushions shaped to its dimensions. Discuss a continuous seat pad or separate cushions, with back support where the space allows.
THE FEATURED SHAPE
A rounded edge, a softer outline
The featured concept folds over a straight pool edge, with a fuller rounded cushion shaping down towards the water. The gallery explores the same form in olive, navy, terracotta, sand and teal.
This is design inspiration, subject to practical suitability assessment. Any real proposal would need the edge profile, support, fixing, drainage, water exposure and pool access considered before construction. The images are not a tested or certified pool-edge system.

THE DETAILS THAT MATTER
Fabric, fit and everyday use
A sheltered veranda and an open pool terrace ask different things of a cushion. Tell us about direct sun, rain, splashes and where cushions will be stored. We can discuss suitable fabric and filling options for the project, along with seams, piping and removable-cover possibilities.
Use approximate measurements to start the conversation. Final dimensions, construction details, care requirements, price and timing need to be confirmed for the agreed scope.
Before you enquire
Can I replace cushions on furniture I already own?
That is a useful starting point for a discussion. Send a photograph of the furniture and existing cushions, plus approximate seat and back dimensions. The condition of the frame and inserts will help determine what needs replacing.
Can a cushion follow a curved or rounded edge?
Bring photographs and measurements of the shape so it can be assessed. The rounded pool-edge images show an idea to explore, not a ready-to-order product. Practical construction and suitability must be confirmed first.
Can outdoor cushions stay outside all year?
Do not assume every outdoor fabric or filling suits permanent exposure. Discuss the setting, storage and care requirements before choosing materials. Follow the care guidance supplied for the final selection.
What should I send for a quote?
Include photographs, approximate width and depth, the number of cushions, your suburb and the concept references you like. Mention whether you need covers, complete cushions or help deciding. Price and timing depend on the agreed specification.
